Don’t worry, just go to the home page & press on Lost Password? You can find this in the Member login area. This will create a popup screen. Enter your e-mail address and send. An e-mail will be automatically generated to your standard email with your new PASSWORD and USER NAME.


WHAT IF I REGISTER AND DON’T SEE MY PROFILE?
Although filipina24hrs.com does not screen its applicants, we do however confirm that the member has entered a valid e-mail address before we post their details. If your profile does not appear within 24hrs please contact us.


WHAT IS VERIFY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
During registration an automatic message will be generated to your e-mail. It will include your Password, your User Name, and a link to confirm (or verify) your membership. Click on this link to be taken directly back to filipina24hrs.com where your membership will be confirmed automatically. If this does not occur please contact us.


HOW CAN I CONTACT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT?
Just click on the Contact button found at the top of the home page or on the bottom of all other pages. This will bring up an e-mail box where you can write to us. Although we do return most e-mails within a very short period of time some replies may take longer.


HOW DO I DELETE MY PROFILE?
Log into your profile and click on delete profile.


HOW DO I INTERACT WITH OTHER MEMBERS?
There is a list of commands found at the bottom of each members profile, these include e-mail, send a kiss, and IM (Instant message). Click on one of these to activate.
You can also visit our chat room just by clicking on the Chat link found at the top and bottom of all member profiles.


HOW DO I search for other members?
Click on the quick search or advanced search buttons. Then enter your search requirements that you desire by using the drop down menus click on the search button.


HOW DO I send e-mails to other members?

HOW DO I receive e-mails?
When you have logged in you will be at your home page. From this home page location it is possible to perform most tasks. To send and receive e-mails click on the Mailbox link.


WHAT IF I am not getting email from other people?
If you’re not receiving e-mails, it might be that you’re not sending enough e-mails.


WHAT ARE BADWORDS?
Badwords can be as simple as an email address, website address, phone number or words that the administrators of the site deem to be either pornographic or not acceptable language.
